I don’t know if it’s considered a milestone.  I would like to think I’m halfway through the book.  I can’t really tell.  Maybe it’s 3/4ths of the way through.  Highly unlikely, but it is a possibility.  There’s so many things going on in the book right now, but so little at the same time.  It’s a tough balance for pacing, emotion as well as making sure the characters stay true to themselves and I stay true to myself.

Writing a novel can be pretty daunting at times, especially coming back after a month or two off from writing.  I know it will fall back into place.  Working full time, singing at night and finding time to write while keeping the family life intact is quite a fancy juggling act, but it is possible.  

I’m just not feeling it tonight.  …at least I managed to squeeze out 1000 words.   Tomorrow, we shoot for 2000.
