It’s no secret.  I write music.  I try and balance between what I write as an individual and what I write as a band member.  Most of the time I write for the music, with the intention of swaying the remaining band members to my cause into taking the song on.

This is one of those instances where the song didn’t fly… too much of one person’s input…  In some ways have given up on writing songs and taking them to the band.  It holds me back a little.

This is one of those instances and will remain a track destined for my eventual solo career.

The name of the song is One More Day.  This is a demo that I hashed out at 5am in from of the mac with nothing but the acoustic guitar.  I had nothing.  No mics.  Nothing.  Just the mac.  This is what came out.  Take it for what it is.  It is full of errors and unfinished thoughts, but the message is clear.

The song is powerful.
